IT and Software Maintenance with Automation

We are a leader in technology services for companies in regulated industries with over 24 years of experience, focusing on life sciences, QA, validation, cloud systems, human capital management (HCM), and Salesforce. Our clients include Oriflame, Sanofi, and Coca-Cola. We operate globally in the IT sector with an in-house development team.

• Experience in any kind of quality assurance and a quality-focused mindset
• Knowledge of administration of one operating system (macOS preferred, Linux or Windows acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and diagnosing connection problems
• Knowledge of at least one tool for work automation (scripts, no-code, low-code)
• Experience in creating documentation
• Understanding of API
• Basic JSON knowledge
• Fluent in English and Polish (minimum B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Past responsibility for ISO27001 or SOC2 compliance
• Proven experience with Claude Code or similar
• Knowledge of security issues (e.g., BitLocker)
• Support for Android and iOS mobile systems (account configuration, corporate access, basic diagnostics)
• Knowledge of Google Workspace administration (accounts, groups, permissions, security)
• Knowledge of MS Azure administration basics
• Ability to work with MDM tools
• Knowledge of ClickUp, JIRA, or similar process support and automation tools
• Knowledge of LogicApp or Power Platform
• Knowledge of GDPR issues

• Update infrastructure components and software dependencies
• Tackle IT tasks assigned to the team
• Perform security compliance responsibilities as a team
• Assist with quality assurance
