- Coordinating, planning, and maintaining release roadmaps for one or multiple applications.
- Managing multiple releases in parallel including deployment activities.
- Planning production release activities and post-deployment support.
- Monitoring change processes throughout release management.
- Leading decision meetings and obtaining stakeholder approvals for release stages.
- Organizing and conducting handover sessions from development teams to operations teams.
- Continuously improving release management processes via new techniques, automation, and DevOps practices supporting release orchestration.
