AUTOSAR Integrator / AUTOSAR Developer

Endego is a company specializing in comprehensive engineering solutions across automotive, railway, agricultural, heavy vehicle, and commercial vehicle sectors, as well as medical and household appliance sectors. It has five branches in Poland with headquarters in Krakow and an office in Munich. The company employs approximately 250 specialists and focuses on collaboration and communication in a multicultural environment.

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with AUTOSAR
• Experience with real-time operating systems such as OSEK/MICROSAR OS
• Proficient in programming in C, C++ and embedded software components
• Knowledge of Vector tools: Configurator, Developer, and CANoe
• Ability to configure MCAL (SPI, GPT, I2C, MCU, ICU) and BSW modules (e.g., Com, ComM, CanIf, CanTp) using AUTOSAR Classic standard
• Familiarity with automotive communication protocols like CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay
• Experience with project management software: Polarion, Jira, and Microsoft Jazz

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Functional Safety standards (ISO 26262)
• Good command of English; German language skills are a plus

• Develop basic and technically advanced software solutions for areas including ADAS, Infotainment, body and chassis, e-mobility, and combustion engine systems
• Identify further changes within responsibility areas and develop embedded software components
• Provide technical leadership to the project team
• Coordinate software requirements and solutions
• Propose and implement new technologies
• Participate in hiring and training new team members
• Collaborate closely with clients and colleagues
