IT and Software Maintenance with Automation

• Experience in quality assurance and quality-focused mindset
• Knowledge of administration of one operating system of choice (macOS preferred, Linux or Windows acceptable)
• Basic knowledge of computer networks and diagnosing connection problems
• Knowledge of one tool for work automation (scripts, nocode, lowcode)
• Experience in creating documentation
• Understanding of APIs
• Basic knowledge of JSON
• Fluent English and Polish (minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Past responsibility for ISO27001 or SOC2 compliance
• Proven experience with Claude or similar
• Knowledge of security issues (e.g. bitlocker)
• Support for Android and iOS mobile systems (account configuration, corporate access, basic diagnostics)
• Knowledge of Google Workspace administration (accounts, groups, permissions, security)
• Knowledge of basics of MS Azure administration
• Ability to work with MDM tools
• Knowledge of ClickUp, JIRA or similar for process support and automation
• Knowledge of LogicApp or Power platform
• Knowledge of GDPR issues

• Update infrastructure components and software dependencies
• Handle IT tasks assigned to the team
• Learn and perform security compliance responsibilities
• Assist with quality assurance

Mandatory communicative English and at least communicative Polish language skills are required. Location is Remote or Warsaw (preferred).
