Senior Software Developer – Transition to Python

People More is a technology company working with a large client base domestically and internationally. They build projects from scratch or partially, covering UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile development, supporting their partners' solutions. The team is small and engaged in international projects.

• Senior-level commercial software development experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience designing complex, layered software systems
• Experience developing production-grade software applications
• Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts
• Very good command of English and Polish
• Willingness to learn and develop Python programming skills as part of the project

• Designing and developing software for real robotic systems solving operational problems
• Creating efficient, scalable, and maintainable software architectures
• Developing control logic and algorithms for robotic platforms
• Implementing integrations between robotic systems and external applications
• Optimizing software performance and reliability on physical devices
• Troubleshooting and analyzing production environment issues
• Supporting testing and validation in simulation and on hardware
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Participating in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
