Senior Product Designer - Sportsbook

• Experience as Product Designer or UX/UI Designer in online sportsbook or sports betting environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership solving complex sportsbook UX challenges.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proven use of quantitative data (A/B testing, product analytics, heatmaps) and qualitative feedback to guide design decisions.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional Agile/Scrum environments.
• Passion for sports, sports betting mechanics, and player psychology.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, present research findings, and translate complex user needs into intuitive interfaces.

• Lead design process from discovery, wireframing, user flows to high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for iOS/Android apps and web platforms aligned with brand and product vision.
• Integrate AI tools and generative workflows into research, ideation, and prototyping to speed decision-making and validate concepts.
• Conduct qualitative user research, evaluate player analytics, analyze heatmaps, and translate behavioral insights into user experiences for novice and seasoned bettors.
• Maintain, scale, and evolve Design Systems and UI component libraries ensuring consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, refine logic, and ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Run A/B tests and use post-launch metrics to optimize conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and bet retention loops.
• Monitor global iGaming trends, regulatory UX nuances, sportsbook features, and interaction design patterns in live sports.
