Architect/Tech Lead (JAVA) [K/M]

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system design and development
• Very good knowledge of Java (latest versions) and active programming experience
• Experience in microservice architecture and distributed systems
• Strong knowledge of architectural and integration patterns
• Experience designing API and system integrations
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design (DDD)
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Knowledge of observability concepts
• Practical knowledge of application security
• Experience in code review, mentoring, and leading technical teams
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Kafka
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Readiness for hybrid work from Warsaw (3 days per week in office)

• Experience with Azure
• Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps
• Experience using AI in software development process
