Scope / (Content Leadership):

• Provide expert guidance and strategic direction on defining and managing scope for complex or high-impact initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and champion scope management strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Oversee management of significant scope changes ensuring strategic alignment and minimal disruption.
• Proactively identify and drive improvements to scope-related processes.

Accountability/Problem Solving:

• Lead analysis of complex and strategic delivery problems across boundaries.
• Define strategic delivery solutions and drive consensus through persuasive communication and facilitation.
• Proactively identify strategic opportunities and risks; mentor colleagues on problem-solving.

• Identify key stakeholders including senior management across organizational boundaries.
