AI Engineer

• Experience in backend development and system integration via APIs.
• Practical use and understanding of AI/LLM tools, language models, prompts, context, tokens, and cost constraints.
• Experience integrating with AI models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini, Claude/Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Ability to design and develop AI agent-based solutions, task automation, and agent pipelines.
• Knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose for setting up local or isolated developer environments.
• Experience with Git, code review, conflict resolution, refactoring, and code quality maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems in applications, logs, integrations, databases, and runtime environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD, containerization, and working with test and production environments.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, DevOps, analysts, and business stakeholders.
• Attention to security, access control, license compliance, and responsible AI tool usage.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with tools like n8n, Grafana, Power BI, Jira, and SharePoint.
• Experience working with AI agents, Harness, agent frameworks, or developer workflow automation.
• Experience with open-source AI models and running them locally or in the cloud.
• Understanding cost optimization related to infrastructure and token consumption.
• Experience with RAG systems, semantic search, knowledge bases, or document processing.
• Experience in projects requiring compliance, audits, or high security standards.

• Develop and maintain tools based on AI agents, workspaces, prompt configurations, and agent pipelines.
• Integrate applications with LLM models and develop AI Gateway/proxy/broker layers.
• Develop AI application backend including import, indexing, and processing of documents (PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, Markdown).
• Build integrations with company tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Power BI, Grafana, n8n, and databases.
• Prepare and maintain developer environments using Docker, Docker Compose, containers, and isolated workspaces.
• Collaborate on deployments, application configuration, CI/CD processes, and Kubernetes environments.
• Monitor AI model usage metrics and expand dashboards in Grafana.
• Test new AI models including open-source ones and evaluate their quality, costs, and deployment potential.
• Optimize AI costs via caching, proxy, prompt compression, and token usage best practices.
• Refactor code, conduct code reviews, resolve errors, and organize repositories.
• Co-create and implement AI usage standards and document best practices for the team.
