Product Owner (Odoo Apps & eCommerce)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, eCommerce, ERP, or business system implementations
• Experience in creating or developing digital products
• Ability to make product decisions and manage backlogs
• Experience collaborating with development teams
• Ability to translate business needs into product functionalities
• Experience preparing functional documentation
• Very good work organization and independence
• Experience working with clients and stakeholders
• Communicative English language skills (minimum B2)

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Odoo product development
• Manage backlog and prioritize tasks for the development team
• Analyze customer, partner, and market needs and translate them into product development directions
• Make product decisions considering business value, costs, and technical possibilities
• Collaborate with the Odoo implementation team to identify client needs and develop new functionalities
• Prepare functional documentation, mockups, and specifications for the development team
• Oversee acceptance of new functionalities and maintain product quality
• Analyze competition, market trends, and identify new opportunities for portfolio growth
• Develop applications, connectors, and modules published in Odoo Apps and other marketplaces
• Co-create go-to-market strategies with marketing and sales teams
• Prepare product materials, demos, documentation, landing pages, and sales support content
• Participate as a product expert in webinars, conferences, and product presentations
• Monitor product usage, gather user feedback, and initiate improvements
• Cooperate with marketing, sales, implementation, and development teams to build market-aligned products
• Help develop a leading Odoo product portfolio in Poland, Europe, and global markets
