Senior Project Manager IT (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is recruiting for a Senior Project Manager IT role located in Warszawa, focused on managing complex, cross-area technology projects, including those related to M&A and the insurance sector.

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing IT projects.
• Experience with cross-area and complex technology projects.
• Knowledge and experience with IT system change projects in large matrix organizations.
• Proficiency with management tools, especially MS Project, MS Excel, and Copilot.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and working with senior management.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams (programmers, analysts).
• Risk and budget management experience.
• Experience working with both external and internal clients.
• Business goal orientation.
• Higher technical education (informatics, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related fields).
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe.
• Must provide services in a hybrid model with minimum 1 day in office.
• Must be providing services from the territory of Poland.

• Services must be provided in a hybrid model: minimum 1 day in the office and 4 days remotely (potentially more days in the office if needed).
