Senior IT Project Manager (k/m)

PZU Tech S.A. is the employer offering the role located in Warszawa, with the workplace at rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 4. The position pertains to managing IT projects intersecting business and technology within a large matrix organization.

• Minimum 5–7 years experience in IT project management at the business-technology interface.
• Extensive experience in managing projects involving business process and IT system changes.
• Good knowledge of project management tools, especially JIRA, MS Project, MS Excel.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and artificial intelligence.
• Practical experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
• Understanding ethical and legal aspects of AI, including GDPR, bias in data, explainability.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage interdisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing risk and budgets in projects.
• Experience working with both internal and external clients.
• Business goal orientation and delivered value focus.
• Higher technical education (informatics, automation, mathematics, econometrics, or related fields).
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe.
• Hybrid work model commitment: at least 3 days in office, 2 remote.
• Services to be provided from Poland territory.

• Provide services hybrydowo with minimum 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

Contract is on a B2B basis with minimum 3 days office presence and 2 days remote work, with allowance for more days at office. Services must be provided from the territory of Poland.
