Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Talent Pool)

• Minimum 5 years of IT experience, including 3.5 years in commercial Machine Learning projects
• Proficient in Python for Data Science and ML projects
• Experience with NLP including work with LLM APIs, fine-tuning, pruning, quantization, and knowledge distillation
• Experience with cloud AI services
• Proficient in Machine Learning methods and libraries including scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, Keras, and statsmodels
• Skills in data exploration, data visualization, and data cleansing
• Experience working with clients focusing on understanding and delivering business needs
• Proactive, able to initiate actions and seek new solutions independently
• Participation in presales
• English language proficiency at minimum B2+ and ability to communicate in Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience in Computer Vision, ML optimizations such as predictive maintenance and recommendation systems
• Experience with knowledge management techniques including RAG, lang chain, and vector databases

• Adhere to good software development practices and maintain their currency in collaboration with senior Machine Learning team members
• Support the project leader and supervisor in Machine Learning initiatives
• Strive to maintain company standards and development directions in Machine Learning
• Engage in analytical and advisory processes related to AI-based solutions implementation
• Participate actively in presale processes
• Monitor market trends and adjust solutions to business requirements
• Provide substantive support for strategic internal company activities
