Specjalista ds. e-Commerce (k/m)

Netia is a major capital group company in Poland, operating in the e-commerce and digital services sector with a focus on managing digital content and online platforms.

• Proficient with CMS systems; practical experience managing websites via advanced CMS (preferably Kentico; strong advantage: Sitecore, Liferay, Episerver, or WordPress/Drupal).
• Ability to use Page Builder to create subpages from ready widgets/components.
• Basic frontend knowledge: familiarity with HTML5.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
• Understanding of on-site SEO principles.

• Manage content and structure of netia.pl site via CMS (Kentico), including adding and updating subpages, offers, and promotional materials.
• Create subpages and landing pages using Page Builder with ready-made widgets and components per briefs from marketing and product teams.
• Publish and update offers, price lists, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and consistency of presented data.
• Perform frontend edits: adjust page layouts, style tables (e.g., price lists), improve margins and formatting in WYSIWYG editor, and make minor HTML code changes.
• Implement and maintain tags and events in Google Tag Manager and analyze user traffic and behavior with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Optimize on-site SEO: maintain correct heading hierarchy, optimize images, add meta tags, and manage 301 redirects.
• Monitor correctness of published pages and respond promptly to display errors or technical issues.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, UX teams, and external agencies on campaign deployments and new site functionalities.
• Participate in conversion optimization: propose improvements, test changes, and draw conclusions based on data.
