Junior SAP & Business Application Support Specialist

Nice to have:

• First experience with SAP, ERP, WMS, MES, or another business application
• Basic understanding of production, warehouse, purchasing, sales, logistics, quality, or finance processes
• Experience in IT support, helpdesk, key-user support, administration, or operations
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments
• Familiarity with ticketing tools

• Provide first-line support for SAP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, the WMS system, and related applications
• Register, analyze, and follow up on support tickets
• Help troubleshoot user questions and basic application issues
• Escalate more complex issues to senior colleagues, external partners, or internal IT teams
• Support users in daily operational processes such as production, warehouse, logistics, purchasing, sales, quality, or finance
• Assist in testing changes, improvements, and new functionalities
• Help maintain user documentation, manuals, and support procedures
• Learn how business processes are supported by SAP, Digital Manufacturing, WMS, and other systems
• Identify recurring questions or issues and suggest improvements
