Medior SAP Application Support Specialist

• Experience in application support, preferably in an SAP or ERP environment
• Experience with or interest in manufacturing execution systems, SAP Digital Manufacturing, or similar shopfloor applications
• Experience with or interest in WMS systems and warehouse/logistics processes
• Good understanding of business processes and ability to work with operational teams
• Ability to analyze issues independently and propose practical solutions
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Structured, service-minded, and takes ownership of work
• Ability to distinguish user issues, process issues, and system issues
• Proactive in identifying improvements and preventing recurring problems
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Fluent in Polish
• Good working knowledge of English sufficient to communicate and read documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience with one or more SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, FI/CO, QM
• Experience with MES, shopfloor applications, or production execution systems
• Experience with WMS, warehouse automation, logistics, or scanning solutions
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environments
• Knowledge of business processes like purchasing, sales, production, warehouse, finance, quality, or logistics
• Experience with ticketing tools and structured support processes
• Experience with testing, change management, or user training
• Basic knowledge of process documentation or process improvement methodologies

• Provide first- and second-line support for SAP, SAP Digital Manufacturing, the WMS system, and related business applications
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a structured way
• Support users in daily operational processes such as purchasing, sales, production, warehouse, logistics, quality, and finance
• Investigate recurring incidents and propose sustainable solutions
• Work closely with business teams to understand process flows and user needs
• Translate business questions into practical application support or improvement actions
• Support SAP-related changes, enhancements, testing, and releases
• Support changes, testing, and issue follow-up for SAP Digital Manufacturing and the WMS system
• Coordinate with external SAP consultants, WMS partners, internal IT teams, and key users when needed
• Maintain documentation, user instructions, and support procedures
• Support key users with system questions, training needs, and process-related topics
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and application usage
• Monitor ticket follow-up and ensure clear communication with users and stakeholders
