Junior Consultant (ERP / CRM / AI)

IT Vision Sp. z o.o. is a company specializing in implementing ERP systems, with about 400 projects in 40 countries and a Microsoft Solutions Partner status (Business Applications). The company has around 30 employees and serves clients from 15+ countries. IT Vision offers practical projects from the first weeks, strong support from experienced consultants, training programs with online courses, webinars, and certifications (Microsoft Azure, Dynamics 365, Anthropic). The company works with modern technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Copilot, Azure AI, Agentic AI and maintains a flat organizational structure with a hybrid work model based in Kraków.

• Higher education completed or in progress (preferred fields: economics, finance, accounting, production engineering, logistics, IT, or related).
• Understanding of company processes in accounting, production, sales, or logistics from studies or work.
• Communicative English language skills for international projects.
• Analytical and organizational abilities and ease in communication.
• Driving license category B for occasional client visits.

Nice to have:

• Experience in ERP/CRM implementation or service teams.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 (Business Central / Sales), SAP, Comarch, enova365, Symfonia.
• Practical knowledge of AI tools like Claude, Copilot Studio.
• Basics of Power BI, SQL, or Python.

• Start with service support to learn various systems and industries.
• Support clients daily in ERP, CRM, WMS, and BI systems.
• Participate in local and international implementation projects (clients from DE, UK, CH, DK, FR, and others).
• Solve real business problems including configuration, testing, and user training.
• Learn on practical tasks alongside experienced consultants and through training programs and Microsoft certifications involving AI tools like Copilot and Claude.
