• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business-System Analyst, or related role.
• Experience in analyzing and documenting requirements for IT systems.
• Knowledge of requirement elicitation and analysis methods including workshops, interviews, and process analysis.
• Experience preparing functional and technical specifications.
• Understanding of system integration concepts (REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Enterprise Architect, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and basic project management.

Nice to have:

• Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel projects.
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, PIM, WMS systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• Knowledge of interface design or prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Experience analyzing microservice architecture and API-first design.
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI).
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

• Analyze business processes and identify user needs.
• Translate business requirements into system and functional requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, analytical documentation, and process models.
• Model business processes and data flows using BPMN, UML, or other standards.
• Analyze system integrations and define data exchange requirements.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager, System Architect, and development teams throughout project phases.
• Participate in system solution design and review proposed changes.
• Define test scenarios and support functional, integration, and acceptance testing (UAT).
• Analyze errors and assist in their resolution.
• Verify compliance of implementations with business requirements.
• Create and maintain system and integration documentation.
• Monitor the impact of changes on business processes and recommend improvements.
