Wymagania
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or related role.
- Mastery of Python and core AI/ML libraries.
- Strong experience with SQL and hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Agent Platform Vector Search) for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) implementations.
- Proven ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy production-grade Generative AI systems and multi-step agentic workflows.
- Experience with modern agent frameworks such as Google's Agent Development Kit (ADK), LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
- Strong proficiency in the GCP ecosystem, including deploying and managing AI solutions using Agent Platform.
- Understanding challenges of deploying AI in production such as model limitations, scalability, and reliability.
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, latency, and cost of Generative AI workflows.
- Ability to execute work from design through implementation with some guidance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex AI concepts.
- English language proficiency at C1 level for communication and collaboration.
Obowiązki
- Work with business stakeholders to identify and architect AI-powered systems addressing business problems.
- Design, build, and maintain AI systems including autonomous agents, generative workflows, and fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Partner with software engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to integrate AI capabilities into applications.
- Research, evaluate, and implement state-of-the-art AI technologies and platforms.
- Manage end-to-end MLOps lifecycle on Google Cloud Platform, including data pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Generative AI, agentic systems, and the broader AI landscape.
- Communicate complex AI architectures and performance metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create and maintain engineering documentation such as system architecture diagrams, model cards, code docs, and runbooks.
