Wymagania
- Several years of experience as a Release Manager or similar role
- Experience in planning production deployments (go-live)
- Practical knowledge of end-to-end release process management
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring changes
- Ability to lead decision-making meetings and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Very good command of English (C1)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, or Financial Crime processes
Obowiązki
- Plan and coordinate deployments of new application versions
- Prepare release schedules and manage the release roadmap
- Coordinate multiple parallel deployments
- Plan activities before, during, and after go-live
- Monitor and coordinate changes throughout the release process
- Conduct decision meetings regarding deployment stages
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Test Managers, development and operations teams
- Organize handover of applications from development to maintenance teams
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvement of the Release Management process in line with DevOps practices
