• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Consulting.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with large datasets.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, semantic modeling, and dashboard performance optimization.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and BI architecture.
• Experience translating business needs into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and data storytelling skills.
• Experience defining KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance standards.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tableau, Looker, or other BI platforms.
• Knowledge of Python or R for analytics and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar modern data platforms.
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and data engineering concepts.

• Design and deliver enterprise-grade Power BI and analytics solutions.
• Build executive dashboards, strategic reports, and KPI frameworks.
• Transform complex business challenges into actionable insights.
• Define reporting standards, governance practices, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and leadership teams to support data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and provide data-backed recommendations.
• Support data modeling initiatives and work closely with data engineering teams.
• Present analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the analytics practice.
• Help organizations establish scalable and sustainable reporting and analytics capabilities.
