• 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and dashboard development.
• Good understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
• Experience with DAX, KPIs, and business performance reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Very good written and spoken English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Basic Python skills for data analysis or automation.
• Relevant BI certifications (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business goals.
• Create and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations in Power BI.
• Develop KPI frameworks and performance monitoring solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.
• Support reporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers and business teams to improve data availability and quality.
• Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations.
• Continuously expand expertise in modern BI and analytics technologies.
