ASO Specialist

Breinton is a performance-driven user acquisition agency helping mobile games scale profitable player growth. They partner with studios worldwide to help high-potential mobile games compete at the top of the charts.

• 2-3+ years in ASO or related analytics/growth role.
• Experience owning ASO for at least one mobile app or game portfolio.
• Strong analytical skills with ranking, conversion, and funnel data.
• Proven track record of briefing and directing designers.
• Working knowledge of ASO tooling and app-store A/B testing platforms.
• Comfortable using LLMs/AI tools for research, briefs, and reporting.
• Clear, concise written communication skills.
• Self-directed with ability to prioritize and manage backlog independently.

Nice to have:

• Genuine design skill (icons, screenshots, video).
• Experience with idle, tycoon, or simulation mobile games.
• Multi-market, multi-language ASO experience (20+ languages).
• SEO background.

• Own ASO strategy end to end across the App Store and Google Play for the full game portfolio.
• Lead keyword research and metadata/store-listing optimization across markets and languages.
• Plan and prioritize icon, screenshot, and video creative tests, and write clear briefs for the design team.
• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests (icons, screenshots, video, metadata).
• Track rankings, impressions, installs, and conversion rate; report on performance regularly.
• Partner with User Acquisition, product, and design leads to align ASO with launch and live-ops calendars.
• Select and manage ASO tooling (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, data.ai).
• Stay current on App Store and Google Play algorithm changes and ASO best practices.
