IAM Project Manager (SSO Application Onboarding)

1dea is recruitment and IT outsourcing company focusing on expert and managerial positions. They cover the sectors of IT, Transport, Spedition, Logistics, Property & Construction, Tax & Legal, operating globally with headquarters in Poland.

• Proven experience in managing projects/programs (PM/Senior PM) in large IT transformations or the banking sector.
• Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) and SSO projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge and practical experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in using Jira.
• Strong structured execution mindset and organized approach to processes.
• Ability to synthesize information and create clear management reports.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience or knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.

• Take full responsibility for the delivery and implementation of application onboarding to the SSO system.
• Coordinate and synchronize activities among DevOps teams, Application Onboarding teams, and business/IT stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with governance and banking standards.
• Prepare reporting materials and decision-making summaries for senior management.
• Lead change management activities and project communication within the organization.

100% remote work location. Candidates must have max 30-day availability from start and work under B2B contract outsourcing with 1dea until 31.12.2026 with high probability of extension.
