IT Team Leader with Hands-On Technical Experience

The company employs around 3,000 people in 16 countries and focuses on improving ecological footprints in aviation.

• Minimum 5 years as Team Leader or Tech Leader managing teams of at least 10 experts including developers, DevOps engineers, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners
• Minimum 5 years of practical technical experience in backend, frontend, or DevOps roles
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle, system architecture, and backend/frontend/DevOps technologies
• Excellent communication, empathy, motivation, and trust-building skills
• Fluent English and ability to work in an international environment
• Practical experience with agile methodologies: Scrum and SAFe
• Ability to mentor, develop competencies, and share knowledge within the team
• Experience with performance evaluations, feedback, and career path planning
• Competence in handling interpersonal challenges and conflict resolution
• Proactivity, responsibility, and team orientation
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with 2 days per week onsite in Gdańsk

• Experience in leading technical recruitment processes

• Support developers in achieving sprint and PI goals within Scrum and SAFe frameworks
• Mentor and develop team members through regular 1:1 meetings, feedback, and coaching
• Monitor quality of delivered solutions and remove technical obstacles
• Resolve interpersonal and technical issues, mediate conflicts
• Collaborate with other team leaders, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and stakeholders
• Co-create and implement employee development paths including evaluations, promotions, and growth plans
• Motivate the team and build engagement, promoting an open communication culture
• Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Work model hybrid with 2 days per week onsite in Gdańsk office.
