Cybersecurity Specialist/Administrator

ITFS is hiring for a cybersecurity specialist/administrator role based in Warsaw with hybrid work modality. The position involves working on a cybersecurity area with a stable and certain market position company.

• Minimum 8 years of IT experience including at least 5 years as Administrator/Security Specialist
• Higher education degree (at least bachelor's level)
• English proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Possession of security clearance CONFIDENTIEL UE/EU CONFIDENTIAL
• At least 3 certifications from the listed set (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, SSCP, GCED, GSEC or equivalents)
• Knowledge of software development cycle, operating system security, and computer networks
• Familiarity with OWASP standards, ISO 27000 norms, and SANS CIS control mechanisms
• Knowledge of vulnerabilities, threats, penetration testing, and risk analysis methodologies
• Knowledge of network protocols: SMTP, NTP, DNS, LDAP, DHCP, PKI/CA
• Experience with IAM, PKI, and managing PAM platforms
• Experience with security monitoring platforms: Splunk, Sentinel, Darktrace
• Experience in vulnerability management using Tenable and coordinating penetration tests
• Experience with application security testing tools: CheckMarx SAST, DAST
• Experience implementing Zero Trust Architecture
• Ability to write and test secure code and scripts
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Provide cybersecurity support for users and clients
• Integrate, configure, and maintain cybersecurity solutions in organization infrastructure
• Implement, monitor, and verify security procedures and control mechanisms
• Manage technical vulnerabilities, apply patches and security updates
• Design and implement IT system protections including IAM, email security, antivirus, DLP, cloud security
• Monitor systems, handle events and incidents, and analyze security alerts
• Create and update technical documentation and operational procedures
• Implement changes according to ICT Change Management procedures
• Design, test, and troubleshoot cybersecurity infrastructure
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and cooperate with IT teams
