Senior Data Scientist / Tech Lead

Addepto is part of KMS Technology, a global technology group, combining deep AI expertise with enterprise-scale delivery capabilities.

• 6+ years of commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions, including Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
• Experience in leadership and mentoring within Machine Learning projects.
• Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production.
• Strong programming skills in Python, including clean code, OOP design, and extensive knowledge of ML libraries like Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
• Expertise deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge and application of LLMs (AI agents, semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
• High proficiency in English (C1 level) and excellent client communication skills.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases including MongoDB, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles using tools like GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
• Experience with Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, and Kafka is a plus.

• Lead the development, implementation, and validation of Machine Learning solutions aligned with project goals.
• Lead the design of AI solution architectures to meet complex business needs and drive innovation.
• Research, test, and select optimal tools, technologies, and AI solutions for business requirements.
• Translate client needs into data science problems.
• Architect and oversee implementation of data pipelines and workflows ensuring data quality and security.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to build AI applications.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Prioritize and manage tasks within Agile/Scrum frameworks to ensure timely delivery.
