Senior AML Scoring Engineer

Diverse CG Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. operates in financial crime projects focusing on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring.

• Deep understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Transaction Monitoring concepts
• Proven experience in designing and implementing detection logic and scoring models
• Strong experience in data analysis
• Practical experience in financial crime projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working
• Ability to optimize scoring models, calibrate thresholds, and support model governance requirements
• Experience working with contextual data and analytics in high-volume transaction environments
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Good understanding of Finance products
• Familiarity with the Quantexa platform solution

• Deliver the receivables stream within a dedicated Contextual Monitoring solution
• Design and implement advanced AML detection logic using contextual data and analytics
• Develop and configure scoring models in the monitoring platform
• Design and optimize Transaction Monitoring use cases focused on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing detection
• Calibrate scoring models and define detection thresholds
• Ensure score explainability and compliance with AML model governance requirements
• Support large-scale regulatory-driven initiatives involving data integrations, scenario development, testing, and activation across multiple countries
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical leadership
