DevSecOps Ambassador

Ework Group is delivering holistic and independent talent management solutions focusing on IT/OT, R&D, Engineering, and Business Development. They collaborate internationally to bridge clients, partners, and professionals across the talent supply chain. The client operates in the automotive industry with a DevOps team of about 8 engineers within a larger department of 9-14 teams, supporting DevOps transformation and knowledge sharing.

• Experience with Azure Cloud platform including Azure CEP; certificate is a plus
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in vulnerability management and security automation (SAST, SCA, DAST, container vulnerability)
• Experience with monitoring and measuring operational effectiveness
• Hands-on experience with code repository and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Gitlab
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows networking, Group policies, DNS, PKI, and Certificates
• Familiarity with Linux, database, and application server administration in production environments
• Experience in scripting languages such as Powershell and Bash

Nice to have:

• Ops background
• Knowledge of code quality and security tools
• Familiarity with network configuration

• Support and transform teams lacking DevOps capabilities through direct collaboration and consultation
• Work with CI/CD pipelines including GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and Gitlab
• Use Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Implement security practices and vulnerability management (SAST, SCA, DAST, container vulnerability)
• Collaborate with an international DevOps team and participate in local and global initiatives such as events and internal presentations
• Support other teams in their DevOps transformation journeys
• Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Location requirement: Wrocław office 2 days a week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays) with core working hours 9AM-2AM.
