Operational Manager

Capgemini's Group IT function aims to support and partner with business units to enable efficiency and profitability through global IT standards and unified IT services. The Infrastructure Security Services (ISS) team integrates various security services, including Identity and Access Management (IGA, AM, and PAM), operating under Capgemini's Zero Trust framework to ensure a secure and resilient IT environment.

• 6-8 years of experience in IAM with strong operations leadership
• Hands-on knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and RBAC/ABAC models
• Experience with tools like RSA
• Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and risk frameworks
• Proven stakeholder and vendor management capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and spoken English

Nice to have:

• Experience in identity governance or IAM systems
• Familiarity with IAM Operations
• Experience in large enterprise or global delivery models

• Oversee day-to-day IAM operations including Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes and access provisioning/deprovisioning
• Ensure SLA adherence, service availability, and incident resolution
• Manage IAM support teams and vendors
• Document technical processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Drive system health monitoring, patching, upgrades, and performance tuning
• Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
• Support access certifications, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, and audit remediation
• Provide reporting on KPIs, risks, and operational metrics
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual efforts
• Lead, mentor, and develop IAM operations teams
• Manage capacity planning, skill development, and performance reviews
