IT Business Analyst (K/M)

• Experience in IT projects within a bank
• Fluent in Polish and English; French is an asset
• Ability to work under pressure, responsibility, goal orientation
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Familiarity with cash management concepts (national and international transfers, collection, corporate e-banking, account types, cash pooling, VISA cards, core banking) without requiring full proficiency
• Knowledge of regulations: AML, STIR/SINF, PSD2, GDPR, sanctions, and embargoes
• Communication with business and IT stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience implementing new products (documentation preparation, participation in product committees)
• Support for business application owner role (managing permission profiles, criticality assessment)
• Management of business-side outsourcing contracts including regular reviews

• Support IT projects and product initiatives from the business side
• Negotiate, consolidate, and document business requirements understandable for IT stakeholders
• Define and enforce effective functional solutions balancing cost and functionality
• Supervise IT projects and ensure system quality through delivery testing and schedule negotiation
• Manage projects from the business perspective as a representative of the business sponsor
