Mid / Senior Data Scientist (f/m/d)

Ten Square Games is a company in the gaming industry with over 300 employees and 77 million registered players as of 2024. They develop mobile games such as Fishing Clash, focusing on providing excellent outdoor gaming experiences. The company operates with a hybrid work model in Wrocław.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence.
• Strong practical experience with Python, including analytical libraries; writing clean, reusable code; and using Git for version control.
• Working knowledge of SQL (specifically with Postgres and Vertica).
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical thinking and critical problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Passion for games and genuine interest in the gaming industry.
• Fluent in English and Polish.

• Understand product and data-related needs, collect requirements, and plan the end-to-end analytical process.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design, build, and maintain game data pipelines aligned with reporting and analytics requirements.
• Conduct complex exploratory and statistical analyses in Python and internal tools, including segmentation and methods like clustering and modeling.
• Build visualizations and develop quantitative intuition in non-data colleagues.
• Set KPIs and implement A/B tests to optimize player income throughout the game lifecycle.
• Organize own work and support junior team members, including leading 1–2 meetings per week.
• Proactively share insights with game teams, suggest process improvements, and shape analytics practices.
