• Proficient in tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
• Experience with responsive web design (RWD) and UI components.
• Practical experience using AI tools for generating visual materials.
• Experience creating static content and video/animations for social media.
• Ability to edit short video forms for social media.
• Experience designing advertising creatives for platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
• Experience preparing print materials for events and office usage.
• Ability to work according to existing brand guidelines.
• Comfortable collaborating with marketing and development/delivery teams.
• Fluent in Polish; English proficiency at B1/B2 level.

MARKETING:

• Create graphics and motion graphics for social media, including video editing.
• Provide visual design for the website including case studies, blog graphics, and landing pages.
• Design layouts, mockups, and prototypes for websites and landing pages.
• Develop advertising creatives for Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
• Prepare print materials for events and office use.

DELIVERY:

• Create visual materials, mainly AI-generated, for various projects involving front-end design.
