Currently, Supremo is establishing a new business unit - Microsoft AI & Business Transformation.
Wymagania
- Several years of commercial experience with Microsoft solutions.
- Experience managing AI implementations for clients.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Experience in digital transformation, process mapping, business process analysis, and change management.
- Experience designing and conducting adoption projects in companies.
- Ability to conduct workshops, trainings, and presentations, including for C-level executives.
- Consulting experience.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of AI solutions other than those from Microsoft.
- Experience working with Microsoft Foundry.
- Microsoft certification(s).
- Certifications in change management.
Obowiązki
- Creating strategies and planning the implementation and usage of AI and other Microsoft solutions at client sites.
- Designing and deploying solutions based on Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Providing consultancy on digital transformation, process automation, and AI usage.
- Developing adoption strategies for new technologies including activities in change management.
- Supporting pre-sales activities related to AI and Microsoft solution adoption.
- Managing and expanding a team of experts responsible for implementation, education, and transformation using Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Acting as a promoter of AI usage among clients.

- Salary range: 17,000-22,000 PLN gross per month for permanent; 20,500-26,500 PLN net per month for B2B.
