Cloud Engineer

Future Mind, a subsidiary of Solita Group, is looking for cloud specialists with operations experience to strengthen their continuous cloud services team. The team maintains over 100 services across AWS, Azure, GCP, and Solita's private cloud for clients in Finland, Northern Europe, and various industries.

• Several years of experience in system operations on public cloud services.
• Strong experience with AWS or Azure platforms; some experience with GCP or UpCloud is a plus.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code using Terraform or CDK.
• Experience implementing monitoring, log collection, and automation tools.
• Capability to solve problems independently without predefined instructions.
• Previous customer interfacing and consulting experience is advantageous.
• Effective use of AI in daily work; experience in AI-supported service management development is a clear advantage.
• Fluent in Polish and English (C1 level).
• Good interpersonal skills for collaboration.

• Maintain and develop cloud services in AWS, Azure, GCP, and private cloud environments.
• Perform routine changes, troubleshooting, and internal development tasks.
• Produce infrastructure as code using Terraform or CDK.
• Implement monitoring, log collection, and reporting solutions.
• Automate operational processes.
• Solve ticket-based problems and handle situations without ready-made instructions.
• Interface with customers and provide consultancy.
• Leverage AI tools effectively in daily operations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
