AI Product Engineer

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with 1-2 years building LLM-powered features
• Practical knowledge of LLM frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar
• Understanding of prompt engineering, tool/function calling, subagents, structured outputs, and context management
• Strong backend skills in TypeScript and Node.js, with solid API design
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs and iterating on prompts/pipelines using observability tools (e.g., LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure - AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3 or similar)
• Understanding of architectural trade-offs specific to LLM systems: cost vs latency vs quality, deterministic vs probabilistic behavior
• English proficiency C1 level or above
• Polish language skills B2 level or above

Nice to have:

• Experience with agentic patterns such as planning, multi-step reasoning, and tool use loops
• Hands-on work with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Experience with multiple model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, open-weight models)
• Experience with observability platforms like Datadog (metrics, tracing, alerting)
• Experience with distributed or event-driven architectures (SNS, SQS, etc.)
• Interest in or desire to learn cryptocurrency, blockchain, or compliance

• Build and maintain AI-powered features and agentic workflows using LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
• Design prompts, tool integrations, and retrieval pipelines to convert complex blockchain data into useful answers
• Ensure quality, reliability, and performance of AI systems by developing and running evaluations
• Strengthen pipeline reliability, observability, and automation through continuous improvements to code and tooling
• Design and build backend services, APIs, and event-driven systems using TypeScript and Node.js
• Collaborate with product managers, domain experts, web engineers, and engineering lead to move features from prototype to production
• Keep up with the AI landscape, new frameworks, agentic patterns, and automation techniques to bring insights to the team

Zgoda na przetwarzanie danych osobowych może zostać wycofana w dowolnym momencie.
