Salesforce Technical Architect

• Extensive experience within the Salesforce ecosystem in Architect or Technical Lead roles.
• Ability to architect solutions beyond core Salesforce, managing tools like Clay.io and Roadrunner.io.
• Experience evaluating external tools and vendor assessments.
• Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Skilled in Salesforce integration patterns including REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Bulk API.
• Familiarity with integration/middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or Informatica.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, security architecture, and large data volume management.
• Experience with CI/CD workflows using tools like Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub, alongside Salesforce DX and unlocked packages.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in Salesforce security architecture and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
• Exposure to monitoring/logging platforms like Splunk or New Relic.
• Familiarity with AI Agents and intelligent automation within Salesforce.
• Excellent technical communication skills in English; Polish is a plus.
• Relevant role-based certifications such as Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect.

• Provide architectural guidance and structural governance for Salesforce and surrounding GTM systems.
• Own and maintain the Enterprise Technology tech stack and system landscape.
• Align technical vision and execution strategy with leadership.
• Collaborate with product teams to refine and deliver the product roadmap.
• Govern the Salesforce Center of Excellence, cultivating platform standards.
• Conduct vendor and tool assessments across the RevTech landscape.
• Oversee CI/CD processes and environment strategies across deployment tools.
• Evaluate new Salesforce features and third-party tools; lead proof of concepts.
• Conduct code reviews and architectural assessments for scalability and maintainability.
• Collaborate with ET teams (FinTech, MarTech, EDI) to implement integrations using Salesforce native patterns.
• Provide escalation support for production issues and lead post-incident analysis.
