Lead Software Engineer

The company recently merged with Axioma to provide a full front-to-back offering for financial industry clients.

• 7+ years of direct experience with .NET technologies (C#, Microsoft .NET).
• 2+ years experience in building AI solutions, especially Agentic AI projects.
• Experience with generative AI tools like OpenAI for Azure, protocols like A2A/MCP plugins and function calls, e.g., through SemanticKernel.
• Practical understanding of application architecture covering both frontend and backend systems.
• Proficiency in Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Demonstrated responsibility, leadership, collaborative teamwork, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient English verbal and communication skills.

• Develop plugins and tools for generative AI models and Agentic AI solutions.
• Transition proof-of-concept projects into high-quality, production-ready solutions.
• Integrate AI functionality with modules and agents developed by other teams.
• Lead software design and development to meet business needs and technical requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product management, design, and quality assurance teams for seamless software delivery.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues ensuring scalable, reliable, and performant solutions.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
• Own key features and components from design to delivery.
• Continuously improve engineering processes and recommend new tools and technologies.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high software quality standards.
