Wymagania
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- 3+ years in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles
- Expertise with Microsoft Azure Cloud
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM, and Terraform
- Solid experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, DataDog, and Log Analytics
- Hands-on experience onboarding and integrating IdP solutions like Azure Entra ID, Okta, KeyCloak, or PingFederate
- Experience with authentication and access protocols including SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
- Experience with observability frameworks like Open Telemetry and distributed tracing
- Experience with application reliability platforms like Checkly or equivalents
- Experience setting up synthetic monitoring using Playwright or equivalents
- Knowledge of AI/ML-based anomaly detection tools such as Microsoft Azure Anomaly Detector
- Experience working with Microsoft Defender Suite (EDR, XDR), Sentinel, proficiency in KQL for threat hunting and compliance improvement
- Understanding of networking and containerization including Kubernetes and Docker
- Good understanding of APIs and scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, Kusto
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL, Cosmos DB, and Postgres SQL
- Familiarity with SimCorp Dimension and Salesforce is a plus
- Proficiency in IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL focused on incident, change, and problem management
- Experience managing onboarding projects and live production operations
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Interest in continuous learning and growth
Obowiązki
- Support the operational and enhancement of mission-critical environments for Cloud Native products and services
- Collaborate with product development teams to improve monitoring, observability, reliability, and performance
- Work deeply across engineering teams to understand systems at the code level
- Manage and improve infrastructure deployment pipelines and troubleshoot onboarding and operational issues
- Drive capacity planning to ensure platform scalability and resilience
- Build tools and automation to eliminate manual toil and improve system reliability
- Define and manage SLOs and error budgets with Engineering teams
- Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes
- Execute disaster recovery, configuration management, and platform readiness tasks
- Provide flexible working, including regular and evening shifts, weekend or On-Call support
- Collaborate with Agile teams and participate in design discussions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Share knowledge across multiple Product Areas
- Leverage ITIL practices in problem, change, and incident management
