Smart Building Technical Project Manager

The role supports the delivery of a large-scale Smart Building and Digital Systems programme focused on integrated technology outcomes involving multiple vendors and stakeholders.

• 8–12 years of project management experience in technology delivery or similar fields.
• Proven experience delivering Smart Building, Digital Infrastructure, or Intelligent Building projects.
• Strong knowledge of ICT, ELV, AV, security systems, access control, BMS, IoT, and smart workplace solutions.
• Experience managing multiple vendors and coordinating technology delivery in large construction or fit-out projects.
• Familiarity with testing and commissioning processes, systems integration, and operational readiness.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Fluent English.

• Lead daily coordination across technology workstreams and project stakeholders.
• Manage interfaces between technology vendors, construction teams, consultants, and client functions.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Facilitate technical coordination meetings and drive resolution of delivery issues.
• Coordinate activities across design, procurement, implementation, testing & commissioning, and handover to operations.
• Support governance and reporting activities with status updates.
• Contribute to operational readiness preparations, including systems integration checks and handover documentation.

The role requires working 50% remotely from Poland and 50% onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, involving regular business travel and working Sunday–Thursday standard workweek.
