Software Engineer Mid (Java)

Motorola Solutions Systems Polska is developing a Network Management Provisioning Manager application with a team of experienced software engineers using technologies including Java, web frontend, PostgreSQL, RHEL, and KVM.

• 3-5 years of experience in software development using similar technology stack
• Detailed technical knowledge of Java, Tomcat, Hibernate
• Experience using AI-code generation and code reviews
• Team player capable of working with many user stories and interactions
• Knowledge of RHEL is a large plus
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL is a plus

• Work mostly unsupervised in a Scrum team with daily sync and biweekly sprints
• Collaborate on user stories with interaction points among team members
• Use AI-code generation regularly with human and AI-assisted code reviews
