Senior Product Manager - Category Experience

Grupa Allegro Sp. z o. o. is hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead customer experience initiatives and manage vertical-specific product scopes within the company.

• Proven extensive experience as a Product Manager or similar product/project management role.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Deep experience with data analysis and interpretation.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-centric focus and understanding of client needs.
• English language skills at minimum B2 level.

• Define product vision and strategy for vertical-specific customer experience.
• Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements.
• Own roadmap planning and prioritize product feature backlog.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, data science, and other teams.
• Manage KPIs and success metrics aligned with business goals.
• Align stakeholders and communicate effectively up to CL8 level.
• Optimize resources based on strategic priorities.
• Apply logical, data-driven frameworks for problem solving.
• Craft structured decision proposals with sound rationale.
• Execute high-rigor decisions considering customer and business needs.
• Lead team efforts in ambiguous and challenging situations.
• Mentor and inspire team members.
