Microsoft 365 Solution Architect

Link Group is hiring a Microsoft 365 Solution Architect to design and deliver modern Digital Workplace solutions for large enterprise clients, focusing on Microsoft 365 and AI-powered workplace technologies.

• 6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Microsoft 365 Architect in enterprise environments.
• Strong consulting background delivering complex Microsoft-based solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and Microsoft Search.
• Experience designing AI-enabled solutions using LLM, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Microsoft Copilot extensibility, and protocols such as MCP and A2A.
• Experience deploying and configuring Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Control System.
• Solid understanding of Responsible AI principles and governance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and OWASP LLM Top 10.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage technical teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring capabilities.

Nice to have:

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-900, MS-102, PL-400, PL-600, AI-900, SC-100, and Microsoft Certified: AI Agent Builder Associate.
• Previous experience in technology consulting.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.

• Design and deliver enterprise-scale Digital Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Architect solutions leveraging SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and AI agents.
• Advise stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives and modern workplace strategies.
• Define solution architecture, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Lead architecture reviews and collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams.
• Guide projects through the full delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, governance, testing, and rollout.
• Promote AI-first approaches and best practices while ensuring secure, responsible AI adoption.
• Mentor technical teams and contribute to architecture standards, methodologies, and reusable assets.
