SAP GRC Manager

Deloitte is a leading consulting organization with a focus on cybersecurity, providing services in cybersecurity training, industry certifications, and security technology frameworks. The role is within their Enterprise Security Team, collaborating with multinational clients and cross-functional teams across Central Europe and beyond.

• Several years of hands-on experience in SAP GRC Access Control with proven leadership in implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in SoD frameworks, risk analysis, and SAP security governance.
• Experience in SAP Security governance, controls frameworks, and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control modules such as ARA, ARM, BRM, or EAM.
• Understanding of SAP security controls across SAP S/4HANA, ECC, HCM, CRM, BW/4HANA, SAC.
• Experience in internal controls reviews, audit support, and remediation programs.
• Ability to work with cybersecurity, audit, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
• Experience in security assessments and governance maturity improvements.
• EU passport.

Nice to have:

• Certifications related to SAP GRC, Cybersecurity, or Risk Management.
• Experience in Workday or Salesforce Security.
• Consulting experience in international environments.

• Lead project teams and manage SAP GRC Access Control implementation projects.
• Act as the single point of contact for client project stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and optimize SAP GRC Access Control solutions.
• Organize project work for project authorizations teams.
• Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) risk assessments, controls reviews, and compliance evaluations.
• Support audit and regulatory readiness initiatives in SAP environments.
• Advise clients on governance models, risk reduction, and security operating models.
• Support business development, innovation, and sales initiatives in SAP Security and Cyber domains.
