SAP Authorizations Manager

Deloitte is hiring for their Enterprise Security Team focusing on SAP Authorization design, access governance, and large-scale SAP transformation programs.

• Extensive experience delivering SAP Authorization projects and leading teams through complex SAP transformations
• Ability to lead project teams and manage the design and implementation of authorizations in greenfield or brownfield implementations, re-design, localization for rollout purposes, and SoD management
• Act as a single point of contact for project stakeholders
• In-depth understanding of the implementation project lifecycle and key phases for authorization implementation
• Strong understanding of SAP authorizations in SAP S/4HANA; familiarity with ECC, HCM, CRM, BW/4HANA, SAC is welcome
• Experience developing authorization concept documentation for SAP implementations and rollouts
• Hands-on experience in role redesign, role remediation, and access model optimization
• Experience in back-end and Fiori authorizations trace and troubleshooting
• Ability to work closely with SAP functional consultants and ABAP developers on authorization topics
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable access solutions
• EU passport required

• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Exposure to Fiori authorization concepts
• Consulting experience in international environments

• Organizing project work for the project authorizations teams
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure secure and efficient user access models
• Gathering client requirements and configuring SAP authorization solutions tailored to business needs
• Building, testing, and optimizing SAP roles and profiles
• Designing and maintaining authorization concepts for SAP implementation and transformation programs
• Supporting access-related issue resolution and continuous improvements
• Supporting business development activities, including innovation, sales, and go-to-market initiatives
