IT Business Analyst (K/M)

ASTEK Polska is a company operating in the IT sector, involved with projects in the banking domain.

• Experience in IT projects in the banking sector.
• Fluent in Polish and English; French is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure, responsibility, and goal orientation.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Independence and ability to work in a team.
• Familiarity with cash management concepts such as domestic and international transfers, collection, corporate e-banking, account types, cash pooling, VISA cards, and core banking (no requirement for proficiency).
• Knowledge of regulations: AML, STIR/SINF, PSD2, RODO, sanctions, and embargoes.
• Communication skills with business and IT stakeholders.
• Experience in implementing new products, including documentation preparation and participation in product committees.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of French language.

• Support IT projects and product and offer initiatives from the business side.
• Negotiate, consolidate, and document business requirements understandable for IT stakeholders.
• Define and enforce effective functional solutions balancing cost and functionality with business sponsor.
• Supervise IT projects and ensure system quality through delivery testing and deadline negotiations.
• Manage projects from the business perspective as a representative of the business sponsor.
• Support the role of business application owner, including managing permission profiles and criticality assessments.
• Manage outsourcing contracts in the business area, including regular reviews.
