IT Business Analyst (K/M) K/M

The role is offered by ASTEK Polska and involves work related to IT projects in a banking domain, specifically involving Cash Management concepts and regulatory knowledge such as AML, STIR, PSD2, and RODO.

• Experience in IT projects within a bank
• Fluent in Polish and English; French is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure, responsibility, goal-oriented
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Independence and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of Cash Management concepts (domestic and international transfers, collection, corporate e-banking, account types, cash pooling, VISA cards, core banking) without requiring full proficiency
• Knowledge of regulations including AML, STIR/SINF, PSD2, RODO, sanctions and embargoes

• Supporting IT projects and product and offer initiatives from the business side
• Negotiating, consolidating, and documenting business requirements understandable to IT stakeholders
• Defining and enforcing effective functional solutions balancing cost and functionality in coordination with the business sponsor
• Supervising IT projects and ensuring system quality through delivery testing and deadline negotiation
• Managing projects from a business perspective as a representative of the business sponsor
• Supporting business application owner roles including managing permission profiles and assessing criticality
• Managing outsourcing contracts in the business area, including regular reviews
