Application Operation Intern - Post Trading - TalentBank 2026

Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries. It is evolving into a digital enterprise working in inter-locational and international teamwork using agile methodologies. The role is within the Post Trading cluster which handles the needs of the Listed Derivatives business, part of the Key Area responsible for capital market-related processes end-to-end.

• Basic knowledge of Unix and Java or other programming language
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Analytical, process-oriented, and conceptual skills
• Students after second year or graduates (up to 12 months after graduation) of technical, mathematical, business, finance, or related studies

• Maintain and develop Reco (reconciliation) cell applications
• Independently manage complex applications with dependencies on other internal and external systems
• Analyze, conceive, and implement new requirements
• Participate in the design of future IT architecture
• Contribute to fulfilling the bank's digitization strategy
• Take part in software development lifecycle steps including unit and integration testing, preparing software builds, release packages, and production rollouts
• Work in Agile environment and participate in scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro)
