TalentBank is an original internship program of the Digital Technology Centre in Poland aimed to enable students and graduates to gain professional experience in the IT / banking industry. The cluster Document Lifecycle (DL) aims to enable a paperless bank, creating a globally consistent and complete Commerzbank archive and front-end infrastructure for document generation, scanning, electronic transport, and archiving for bank and client. It manages more than 70 applications including Assentis DocFamily, Doxis4, SAPERION, and inhouse-developed software, running on Linux/Solaris, Windows and IBM z/OS Mainframe platforms. Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches and offices in almost 50 countries moving towards becoming a digital enterprise.
Wymagania
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Willingness to travel to Frankfurt by appointment
- Language skills in English and German
- Basic knowledge of Java and Spring Boot RESTful services
- Basic knowledge of software testing and Maven
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD process
- Basic knowledge of XML
- Basic knowledge of Cloud (specifically GCP)

- Implement and maintain software based on business requirements or incidents
- Perform optimizations and performance tasks on applications
- Design, plan, and implement Java applications according to bank standard architectures
- Share technical knowledge with other team colleagues
- Work independently on assigned tasks
