Commerzbank is a leading international commercial bank with branches in almost 50 countries. The Digital Technology Centre in Poland runs the TalentBank internship program aimed at enabling students and graduates to gain professional experience in the IT and banking industry. The role is within an international Agile team approximating 15 IT specialists working on bank product functionalities.
Wymagania
- Basic knowledge of (Technical) Business analysis
- Basic knowledge of workflow and processes design
- Basic knowledge of GUI design tools like FIGMA
- Basic knowledge of test methodology
- Basic knowledge of API, including SOAP, REST API, and SWAGGER
- Combination of IT and management skills
- Basic knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
- Willingness to learn, research, and infer
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of ITIL methodology
- Basic knowledge of Agile software development / Scrum
Obowiązki
- Gathering, structuring and documenting business requirements
- Writing epics, features, and user stories for agile delivery
- Coordinating test activities and defining functional test scenarios
- Supporting Product Owner by creating and signing off relevant documentation
- Performing analysis of incidents and issues collaborating with other teams
- Consulting Business and IT experts on functional concepts and process optimization
- Participating in Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retro)
Alternative tasks:
- Conceptual tasks around functional solutions, data and interface architecture
- Independent recording, analysis, and evaluation of requirements
- Independent creation of user stories for developers
- Driving technology forward, e.g., implementing test automation for business rules
- Communicating within the English-speaking team
